The selected candidates will work closely with agricultural clients, evaluate financing requirements, and help promote sustainable agricultural growth through the bank's financing products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Assess agricultural financing applications and customer requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with farmers and agribusiness clients.
Promote the bank's agriculture financing products and services.
Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Support business development initiatives within the agriculture financing portfolio.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to credit processing.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university (relevant qualification preferred).
Knowledge of agricultural financing, banking, or credit operations will be an advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas, if required.
