Mobilink Microfinance Bank is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager Asset to drive asset sales, strengthen customer relationships, manage loan portfolios, and support branch growth. The role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, credit assessment capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
π― Sales & Business Development
- Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Promote and sell loan and asset products according to bank SOPs.
- Develop market penetration strategies based on customer needs and market potential.
- Conduct market assessments and research to identify new growth areas.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
π₯ Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customersβ financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups as per product guidelines.
π¦ Credit & Loan Management
- Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
- Verify customer information and conduct field assessments.
- Ensure proper loan booking and documentation processes.
- Monitor loan utilization and portfolio performance.
- Ensure timely collections and repayment tracking.
π Portfolio & Branch Performance
- Manage the branch asset portfolio effectively.
- Support achievement of sales, verification, collection, and recovery targets.
- Maintain portfolio quality and minimize default risk.
- Assist in achieving profitability and business objectives.
π¨βπΌ Team Leadership
- Supervise and support Relationship Officers β Asset Sales.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management.
- Build a motivated and productive sales team.
- Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation.
β Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, SOPs, and SBP regulations.
- Safeguard customer documents and confidential information.
- Report suspected fraud or potential losses promptly.
- Follow internal controls and ethical banking practices.
- Ensure fair treatment of customers at all times.
