A leading organization is seeking a Warehouse Officer – Crockery to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe handling, storage, and timely dispatch of crockery products while maintaining efficient warehouse processes and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store crockery items according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure proper handling and storage to minimize product breakage and damage.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and workplace safety.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in crockery, ceramics, glassware, homeware, or FMCG industries.
• Hands-on experience in inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an added advantage.
