Imtiaz Group (Private) Limited is seeking an experienced Manager – Store Operations to oversee large-format retail store operations. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, optimize operational efficiency, lead high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall store performance by achieving sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Manage store profit & loss (P&L) through effective cost control and budget management.
• Lead, train, and develop store teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, stock planning, and timely replenishment.
• Minimize stock losses and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement in-store strategies to increase customer footfall, improve conversion rates, and maximize basket size.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product availability, and store presentation.
• Ensure excellent customer service across all departments.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

• 12–15 years of hands-on experience in retail management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Proven ability to independently manage large-format retail stores.
