Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into effective digital solutions.
  • Develop, configure, customize, and maintain enterprise digital applications.
  • Provide technical support, user training, and guidance for business applications.
  • Manage and support systems including:
    • Business Intelligence (BI)
    • Data Warehouse (DWH)
    • CRM
    • Point of Sale (POS)
    • Retail Applications (MMS)
    • ERP Solutions
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy and QlikView.
  • Monitor integrations between enterprise applications and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop reports and custom objects in MicroStrategy.
  • Coordinate and implement international IT projects.
  • Work closely with global teams and internal stakeholders on technical implementations.
  • Perform monthly and yearly application closing activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, integrity, and security.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system performance.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL
  • Experience with Oracle, Teradata, SAP HANA/GCP databases
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • MicroStrategy
    • Business Intelligence (BI)
    • CRM Systems
    • POS Applications
    • ERP (SAP Financials & Invoice Modules)
  • Database management and reporting expertise
  • Migration and system integration experience
  • Dashboard and metadata development
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience working with enterprise digital platforms and retail business applications.
