Mobilink Microfinance Bank is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer Asset to strengthen customer relationships, promote asset financing products, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, sales, and customer service skills while ensuring compliance with banking policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote and market the bank's asset financing products.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Evaluate customer profiles using credit assessment guidelines.
• Explain product features, terms, and conditions clearly.
• Conduct field visits and customer verification.
• Ensure timely loan collections and repayment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Handle customer documents with complete confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with bank SOPs and SBP regulations.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and performance reports.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and relationship management activities.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Report any suspected fraud or irregular activities to management.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and customer engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred).
• 0–1 year of relevant sales, banking, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic understanding of banking products and financial services.
• Willingness to perform field visits and customer outreach.
