Experience: Preferably 2 to 5 years
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Master's degree preferred)

Allied Bank Limited is seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals for the position of Associate Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, growing the business portfolio, managing credit and trade finance transactions, and delivering banking solutions while maintaining the Bank's risk standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and manage a portfolio of Retail, SME, Seasonal, and Commercial clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare credit proposals within approved guidelines.
  • Structure and manage trade finance transactions for assigned clients.
  • Achieve assigned advances and trade finance business targets.
  • Ensure timely renewal of customer credit facilities and branch advances.
  • Grow CASA deposits and reciprocal business from assigned customers.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through cross-selling and value-added banking products.
  • Promote Vendor Financing and other banking products to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Monitor customer portfolios to ensure compliance with the Bank's risk management framework.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, watch list customers, and non-performing loans to ensure timely recoveries.
  • Prepare and submit required MIS reports within prescribed timelines.
  • Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.
  • Perform additional credit-related assignments as directed by management.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Master's degree or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent sales and business development abilities.
  • Sound understanding of credit risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Good knowledge of financial statement and ratio analysis.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, policies, prudential regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience

  • Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial, SME, corporate, or relationship banking.
