Job Description

Nishat Chunian Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Audit Executive to support internal audit activities at its HTD Site. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting operational audits, monitoring inventory controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, and helping improve production efficiency through effective audit practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct production, inventory, and process audits across stitching operations.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and internal control procedures.
• Verify material consumption, inventory records, and perform physical stock verification.
• Identify production losses, wastage, process deviations, and inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit observations.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, accounts, and other departments to strengthen operational controls.
• Support continuous process improvements by recommending effective control measures.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in BBA or MBA.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts or Audit.
• Experience in the textile industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
