Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is looking for a Relationship Manager Asset to drive asset sales, manage customer relationships, and support branch growth. This role focuses on loan portfolio development, customer acquisition, verification, collections, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, leadership, customer relationship management, and credit evaluation skills while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement branch sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate quality asset sales by following approved banking SOPs.
• Achieve assigned sales, loan disbursement, verification, and collection targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer prospecting.
• Evaluate customer eligibility using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Conduct customer verification and field assessments before loan processing.
• Guide customers regarding banking products, loan procedures, and repayment methods.
• Ensure timely recovery and collection of loan installments.
• Maintain proper handling and confidentiality of customer documents.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and performance reports.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and relationship-building activities.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal controls, and bank policies.
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activities to management immediately.
• Monitor asset portfolio quality and minimize loan defaults.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Relationship Officers – Asset Sales.
• Coordinate with operations teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Improve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional banking services.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

💼 Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the microfinance banking industry.
