Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Human Resource Management within a financial institution or a reputable organization.
Preference will be given to candidates currently working in an Exchange Company or Foreign Exchange Company.
š Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Oversee administration and office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company regulations.
Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce management.
š Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and administrative practices.
Experience in the banking, financial services, or foreign exchange sector will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.
