- Senior Relationship Manager (OG-II)
Reporting To: Team Leader
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized local or international university or institute.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a financial institution.
- Candidates having banking sales experience in deposit mobilization will be preferred.

- Strong sales management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a field-based sales environment.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
- Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area.
- Sound understanding of banking products and services.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:

Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for:
- Account opening
- Deposit growth
- Consumer financing (Conventional & Islamic Banking)
- Achieving cross-selling targets for consumer finance and insurance products.
- Conducting regular customer meetings and market visits.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Expanding customer portfolios through referrals, networking, and business development.
- Managing liability portfolios and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Preparing business reports and maintaining portfolio-related MIS.
- Monitoring competitors' banking products and market trends.
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
- Promoting activation of dormant accounts, digital banking services, and ATM usage.
- Participating in customer contact campaigns and market outreach activities.
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, SOPs, audit requirements, and internal policies.
- Supporting Shariah-compliant practices at Islamic Banking windows where applicable.
- Completing assigned tasks within prescribed turnaround times (TAT).
- Performing any additional duties assigned by management.

Employment Details
- Contract duration of 3 years.
