Hoechst Pakistan Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager / Sr. Brand Manager – Hospicare to lead brand strategy, drive market growth, and execute high-impact marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, healthcare marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to increase market share through effective brand planning and execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize brand strategies.
• Conduct product, therapeutic area, and sales performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement strategies across key specialties.
• Monitor brand performance, market dynamics, and business growth indicators.
• Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Trade, and Digital teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Develop and manage promotional materials and scientific content.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Pharm-D or MBA (Marketing).

Experience

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Gynecology or Surgery portfolio.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategic brand planning.
• Experience in campaign planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
