Job Summary

National Foods Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager Reporting to support the company's financial reporting and consolidation processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory regulations, supporting audits, and delivering financial insights that help management make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and consolidate financial data from all NFL locations.
• Prepare consolidated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Verify financial data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Assist in preparing weekly financial dashboards and management reports.
• Develop executive reporting packages and financial schedules for group entities.
• Manage month-end financial consolidation across all divisions.
• Analyze financial reports and investigate variances or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Maintain reporting procedures in line with NFL's internal control framework.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and reporting regulations.

Required Qualifications

• ACCA Qualified with 3–5 years of reporting experience.

OR

• ICMA Qualified with 3–5 years of reporting experience.
