Unilever Pakistan is hiring a PA to Home Care & Customer Development Head to provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professionals who can efficiently manage schedules, coordinate projects, and support employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, meetings, daily schedules, and follow-up on critical action items.
Coordinate communication between leadership and internal teams.
Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and business activities.
Handle documentation, reports, and office correspondence.
Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Coordinate regional visits and ensure all travel logistics are managed efficiently.
Organize meetings, workshops, conferences, training sessions, and seminars.
Procurement & Operations
Raise purchase requisitions and process purchase orders.
Coordinate vendor payments through SAP Procurement.
Ensure smooth administrative logistics and office support.
Organize employee engagement activities such as team events and gatherings.
HR Support
Assist HR Business Partners in executing capability development and engagement programs.
Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees.
Support learning, development, and team collaboration initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of administrative or executive support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
