Unilever Pakistan is hiring a PA to Home Care & Customer Development Head to provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professionals who can efficiently manage schedules, coordinate projects, and support employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, daily schedules, and follow-up on critical action items.
  • Coordinate communication between leadership and internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and business activities.
  • Handle documentation, reports, and office correspondence.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate regional visits and ensure all travel logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, conferences, training sessions, and seminars.

Procurement & Operations

  • Raise purchase requisitions and process purchase orders.
  • Coordinate vendor payments through SAP Procurement.
  • Ensure smooth administrative logistics and office support.
  • Organize employee engagement activities such as team events and gatherings.

HR Support

  • Assist HR Business Partners in executing capability development and engagement programs.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Support learning, development, and team collaboration initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
