Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is looking for an Analyst Dispute Resolution to manage payment disputes, debit authorities, and transaction reconciliation across multiple payment channels. The role involves close coordination with member banks, 1LINK, SBP, VISA, Mastercard, and internal teams to ensure timely dispute resolution, fraud monitoring, and operational excellence.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Resolve issuing and acquiring transaction disputes for ATM, VISA, Mastercard, PayPak, IBFT, and BPS.
• Process and manage Chargeback, Presentment, Late Presentment, Pre-Arbitration, and Arbitration cases.
• Lodge and resolve chargeback disputes with member banks, VISA, and Mastercard.
• Handle debit authorities with 1LINK, VISA, and Mastercard.
• Coordinate with merchants and member banks regarding payment gateway chargebacks and suspicious transactions.
• Work closely with the Risk Management Unit and Fraud Risk Management (FRM) on fraud-related cases.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to VISA, 1LINK, and SBP.
• Handle Raast dispute resolution and submit weekly reporting to SBP.
• Review and improve operational procedures and workflows for greater efficiency.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree is preferred from an HEC-recognized or reputable foreign university.
• Strong understanding of PSD Regulations and local/international card schemes.
• Knowledge of VISA, Mastercard, 1LINK, MasterCom, and banking operations.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and banking/card management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and fraud detection skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in ADC Operations.
