Aghosh Alkhidmat Faisalabad is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Warden to support the Warden/Administrator in managing the day-to-day operations of Aghosh Home. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment while ensuring the overall well-being and development of resident children.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Warden/Administrator in the smooth management of Aghosh Home.

Ensure the safety, discipline, emotional well-being, and holistic care of all resident children.

Supervise daily routines and ensure the approved timetable is followed effectively.

Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Office.

Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders for operational activities.

Monitor children's behavior and encourage a positive living environment.

Oversee cleanliness, inventory management, and proper use of resources.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria

Graduation or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, hostel management, child care, or a related field.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
