Job Purpose

National Foods Limited is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead assigned sales territories by managing distributors and order bookers, achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth while ensuring strong market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly sales targets based on units and value for assigned territories.
  • Prepare and assign daily sales targets to order bookers for effective market coverage.
  • Monitor sales performance through regular reports and KPI analysis.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise order bookers to improve productivity and target achievement.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet coverage, customer engagement, and market trends.
  • Ensure proper execution of trade marketing activities across assigned outlets.
  • Plan efficient sales routes and productive journey plans (PJPs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve mutual business objectives.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and revenue optimization while controlling operational costs.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Sales, Distribution, or FMCG industry is preferred.
