METRO Pakistan is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Processes to drive operational excellence across its wholesale business. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing waste, optimizing workflows, implementing lean methodologies, and enhancing overall customer experience while ensuring operational efficiency across stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives using Lean methodologies.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement productivity enhancement solutions.
  • Reduce waste, shrinkage, and improve resource utilization across store operations.
  • Standardize operating procedures and ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs including productivity, shrinkage, inventory availability, personnel hours, and process efficiency.
  • Analyze store performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and Kaizen events to promote continuous improvement.
  • Coach managers and operational teams on Lean principles and performance management.
  • Ensure operational improvements maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Drive cost optimization through efficient manpower, asset, and energy utilization.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Merchandising, HR, and other departments to improve business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, legal regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and track improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or Lean management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, logistics, or large-scale store operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate improvement workshops.
  • Good understanding of inventory management, logistics, customer experience, and store operations.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, dashboards, and data visualization platforms.
