šŸ“‹ Job Overview

NTL is inviting applications from qualified and motivated HR professionals for the position of HR Executive. The selected candidate will support core Human Resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management.

šŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and support policy implementation.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

āœ… Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's/Graduation degree from an HEC-recognized university (preferably in HR).
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant Human Resource experience.
  • HEC-attested degrees are required at the time of the interview.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

šŸ“Œ Terms & Conditions

  • Initial appointment will be on a 3-year contractual basis, extendable if required.
  • Candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period.
  • Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for test/interview.
  • Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a valid NOC.
  • Selected candidates must submit Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Providing false information will result in disqualification.
  • No TA/DA will be provided.
