About the Role
National Foods Limited (NFL) is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Rawalakot territory. The selected candidate will manage distributors and order bookers, execute sales strategies, achieve territory targets, and strengthen market presence while ensuring effective trade marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
Set daily sales targets and assign them to order bookers for effective market coverage.
Monitor sales performance and prepare territory/category sales reports.
Lead, coach, and monitor order bookers to maximize productivity and target achievement.
Conduct regular market visits to evaluate coverage, productivity, and market trends.
Ensure trade marketing activities are implemented according to company plans.
Develop and execute effective sales plans and Permanent Journey Plans (PJPs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
Forecast sales, manage territory budgets, and optimize revenue while controlling costs.
