Mobilink Microfinance Bank is seeking a passionate and experienced Manager ESG to lead and support the bank's Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives. The role focuses on implementing climate-focused strategies, green banking, sustainable finance, ESG compliance, and driving innovation in digital financial services while ensuring compliance with the State Bank of Pakistan's ESG guidelines.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• 🌿 Develop and implement climate financing and green banking initiatives.
• 📊 Ensure compliance with SBP ESG and climate-related regulatory requirements.
• 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to integrate climate resilience into banking policies and business practices.
• 💡 Support development of innovative digital financial products focused on climate finance and sustainability.
• 📈 Monitor ESG performance through dashboards, reports, and data analysis.
• 📋 Coordinate ESG and green banking reporting for senior management, Board, and regulators.
