A leading retail organization is seeking a detail-oriented Associate – Replenishment to support warehouse operations by ensuring timely inventory replenishment, accurate stock records, and smooth order fulfillment. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse or logistics experience and knowledge of inventory management systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Minimum Intermediate (Higher Secondary School Certificate).
Diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Warehouse Operations will be an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory replenishment, or logistics, preferably within the retail industry.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Replenish inventory from reserve storage to picking locations based on system requirements.
Monitor stock levels to ensure products are available for timely order fulfillment.
Verify item codes, quantities, and storage locations during replenishment.
Safely operate authorized material handling equipment.
Update replenishment transactions accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory management procedures and warehouse standards.
Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and replenishment issues to the supervisor.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Assist with stock counts, inventory verification, and warehouse audits when required.
