Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Prior experience managing a Diabetes portfolio is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the allocated timeline.
• Execute marketing strategies effectively to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned therapeutic area.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve sales performance.
• Build productive relationships with distributors and key account managers.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of defined sales KPIs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Submit regular market intelligence and performance reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the Diabetes therapeutic segment.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Relationship-building and stakeholder management expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
