Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is looking for a General Banking Officer (OG-III) to join its Branch Operations team at the Hasilpur Branch. This role is ideal for banking professionals with customer service experience who can efficiently manage branch operations, non-financial transactions, account services, and administrative responsibilities while ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🏦 Deliver excellent customer service and handle branch banking operations.
• 👥 Assist customers with account opening, account maintenance, and related services.
• 📄 Process non-financial banking transactions accurately according to SOPs.
• 💰 Support cash operations and serve as a backup teller when required.
• 📊 Prepare operational reports for branch management and Head Office.
• 📝 Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• 🔐 Maintain security stationery, ATM cards, cheque books, and branch records.
• 📦 Manage branch fixed assets inventory and administrative support.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal banking policies.
• 🤝 Cross-sell banking products and guide customers to suitable financial services.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and operational skills.
• Good understanding of branch banking operations and banking regulations.
