Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a Team Leader Utilities to oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of industrial utility systems. The role focuses on ensuring reliable plant performance, maximizing energy and water efficiency, maintaining safety and environmental compliance, and supporting uninterrupted factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operation and maintenance of industrial utility systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and availability of utilities supporting production.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment failures using RCA and DMAIC methodologies and implement permanent solutions.
• Monitor utility budgets, operating costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Drive energy and water conservation initiatives.
• Develop technical competencies within the operations and maintenance team.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Support technical training and continuous improvement programs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial utilities, operations, or maintenance.
• Experience with boilers, refrigeration systems, air heaters, water management, and power generation.
• Hands-on experience with steam and ammonia systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance management, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities using RCA and DMAIC techniques.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
