Position Summary

JS Bank is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager Transaction Banking to join its Transaction Banking team at Blue Area Branch-9003. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate and business clients, promoting transaction banking solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service while achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients.
• Promote and sell Transaction Banking products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare client reports and maintain accurate relationship records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma from an HEC-recognized institution.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant banking or relationship management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking products and corporate banking operations will be an advantage.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and work in a target-driven environment.
