šŸ’¼ Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (Master's) or 3 years of relevant experience (Bachelor's)

šŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
  • Publish job advertisements on the TIH website, newspapers, and job portals.
  • Screen, shortlist, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Coordinate interview panels, assessments, and recruitment schedules.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and senior management on recruitment matters.
  • Prepare salary comparison reports and negotiate job offers.
  • Conduct pre-employment verification, reference checks, and medical clearance.
  • Generate employee codes and maintain complete employee records.
  • Ensure attendance registration and onboarding of newly hired employees.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and provide HR guidance where required.
