š Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
Publish job advertisements on the TIH website, newspapers, and job portals.
Screen, shortlist, and maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate interview panels, assessments, and recruitment schedules.
Liaise with hiring managers and senior management on recruitment matters.
Prepare salary comparison reports and negotiate job offers.
Conduct pre-employment verification, reference checks, and medical clearance.
Generate employee codes and maintain complete employee records.
Ensure attendance registration and onboarding of newly hired employees.
Assist in developing job descriptions and provide HR guidance where required.
