Mobilink Microfinance Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager Asset to lead asset sales, customer relationship management, loan portfolio growth, and branch asset operations. The ideal candidate will drive business expansion while ensuring compliance with bank policies, ethical lending practices, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned asset sales and business growth targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Verify customer information and conduct field assessments.
• Process loan applications in accordance with bank SOPs.
• Ensure timely loan recovery and portfolio quality.
• Promote bank products and execute effective sales strategies.
• Supervise and coach Relationship Officers – Asset Sales.
• Coordinate with operations for timely loan disbursement.
• Maintain compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client concerns.
• Monitor branch asset portfolio performance and profitability.
• Report suspicious activities and potential fraud cases promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance industry.
• Strong knowledge of asset lending and credit assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage sales teams and achieve performance targets.
• Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
