Bank of Khyber (BOK) is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, banking operations, and relationship management skills. Candidates with Islamic Banking experience will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Graduation) from an HEC-recognized university.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline will be preferred.
• Degrees from reputable foreign universities are also acceptable.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of overall banking experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a Commercial Bank.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall branch operations efficiently.
• Achieve branch business growth, sales, and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop branch staff.
• Monitor operational risk and ensure high service standards.
• Promote banking products and identify new business opportunities.
