Future Hospitality Services (FHS) (Private) Limited is seeking an experienced Manager Experience – Catering Business to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences in the luxury catering and events sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing premium catering opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing high-profile clients, and ensuring seamless event execution while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure high-value catering opportunities across Lahore.
• Develop strong referral networks with wedding planners, event designers, marquee and farmhouse owners, booking agents, and premium bridal and fashion studios.
• Prepare and present customized luxury catering proposals for prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets through effective business development.
• Collaborate with Event and Food & Beverage Managers to create personalized menus based on client preferences and event themes.
• Coordinate food tasting sessions with the culinary team to showcase premium catering experiences.
• Manage the complete client journey from inquiry through successful event completion.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations through detailed planning and internal coordination.
• Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and timely service.
• Build lasting relationships with industry partners, influencers, and VIP clients.
• Represent the brand at wedding expos, fashion events, and networking opportunities.
• Stay updated with evolving wedding, lifestyle, hospitality, and gourmet trends.
• Share market insights with management to enhance services and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on partnership and sponsorship initiatives.
