Allied Bank Limited is seeking motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officers to strengthen its sales team across Pakistan. The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving assigned business targets, developing customer relationships, and promoting the bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly targets for CASA deposits.

Promote and sell Consumer Banking Products.

Cross-sell banking products and services.
-
Market and sell Mutual Fund Products.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Develop a thorough understanding of local market dynamics.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational procedures, and internal controls.

Support trade finance and other related banking operations as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
-
Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related disciplines.
Academic Requirement

Minimum CGPA of 2.50 or Second Division, or at least 45% marks in the graduation degree (where the percentage system applies).
Age Limit
-
Maximum 35 years as of January 31, 2026.
Experience
