Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to join its Business Banking team at the Ranipur Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service plans to achieve branch growth objectives.
• Promote and sell loan products in accordance with bank policies and SOPs.
• Identify new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Conduct customer profiling and credit evaluations using the Five C's of Credit.
• Perform field visits and physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensure genuine sales practices and achieve assigned business targets.
• Monitor loan repayments and maintain timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Educate customers regarding product features, terms, and conditions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and maintain performance reports.
• Ensure complete compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.
• Handle customer documents responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Report suspected fraud or operational risks to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
• MBA or equivalent qualification will be considered an advantage.

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in banking, microfinance, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
