Nishat Chunian Limited is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Civil to oversee civil engineering projects, facility maintenance, and new construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from planning to completion within approved timelines and budgets.
• Supervise facility maintenance works and new construction projects.
• Monitor material usage, forecast project requirements, and coordinate timely material requisitions.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project cost estimates, progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Verify contractors' and vendors' invoices and billing.
• Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors on behalf of the company.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in site supervision, project execution, and resource management.
• Strong expertise in preparing BOQs and project estimates.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Good understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical works.
• Knowledge of construction documentation, procurement, and tendering processes in industrial projects.
• Sound technical knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural engineering practices.
• Experience in the textile processing and stitching industry will be considered an advantage.
