National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will manage distributors and order bookers, execute sales strategies, achieve territory targets, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly sales targets (unit-wise and value-wise) for assigned territories.
• Create daily sales plans and allocate targets to order bookers.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare territory-wise sales and KPI reports.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of order bookers.
• Conduct regular market visits to improve outlet coverage and productivity.
• Ensure execution of trade marketing activities according to company plans.
• Design effective sales routes and journey plans (PJPs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and optimize revenue performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activities.
