NBP is seeking motivated, confident, and career-oriented female candidates to join its Operations team as General Banking Officers (OG III).
Place of Posting
Selected candidates may be posted in any of the following locations:
Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Bannu, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Gwadar, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Larkana, Mansehra, Mardan, Mianwali, Mirpur A.K., Mirpurkhas, Multan, Muzaffarabad AJK, Peshawar, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sibbi, Sukkur, Swat, Vehari.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or international University, College, or Institute.
- Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 2.5.
Age Limit
- Maximum 35 years as on the last date of application submission.
Experience
- Candidates with 1 year of relevant banking experience will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front and back-office banking transactions efficiently.
- Handle remittance-related operations.
- Open and maintain customer accounts.
- Monitor inactive and dormant accounts and issue required notices.
- Process online transactions and remittances according to internal procedures.
- Process collection of inward and outward clearing.
- Handle ATM claim settlements and maintain locker operations.
- Manage cash handling activities when assigned.
- Process and maintain trade-related transactions, payments, and balancing.
- Ensure proper handling and filing of office activities.
- Assist Operations Manager in promoting banking products and services, including Traveller's Cheques, Savings Bonds, Money Orders, and Cashier Cheques.
- Verify daily basis records and ensure copies are properly maintained for audit purposes.
- Issue receipts for customer payments.
- Verify, calculate, and post accounting and financial transactions.
- Generate monthly reports.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
