Nestlé Pakistan is looking for an experienced Talent Manager to lead talent management and succession planning initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop, retain, and strengthen the organization's talent pipeline while supporting long-term business growth.

🎓 Educational Qualification

• MBA
• MA/MSc in Psychology
• Master's in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)

💼 Experience Required

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Management and Succession Planning
• Experience in performance management, performance audits, and goal setting
• Background in organizational change management
• Experience within the FMCG industry is preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of talent management strategies across the Pakistan market.
• Develop market talent plans aligned with business objectives.
• Build and manage functional talent pools for departments such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Conduct talent review and succession planning processes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify and develop high-potential employees.
• Support leadership development initiatives with the Learning & Development team.
• Drive effective implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Enable people managers to improve individual and team performance.
