Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Officer Asset to support business growth by acquiring new customers, promoting asset financing products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with the bank's operational policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote MMBL's asset financing products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the bank's credit assessment standards.
• Conduct field visits and physical verification of prospective clients.
• Process loan applications in compliance with bank policies and SOPs.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and maintain excellent collection performance.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and customer meeting schedules.
• Maintain proper handling of customer documents and confidential information.
• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal controls.
• Report any suspected fraud or operational risks to the concerned management.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining ethical banking practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (MBA will be an added advantage).
• Fresh candidates or applicants with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in the field and achieve assigned business targets.
