Position Overview

JS Bank is seeking experienced and motivated professionals for the position of Solar & Home Loan Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving direct and branch sales of Home Finance and Solar Loan products, while also promoting the Mera Ghar Mera Ashiyana Government Home Loan Scheme. This role is ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in home finance, real estate, or solar financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Home Loan and Solar Loan products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through direct and branch-based sales activities.
• Promote the Mera Ghar Mera Ashiyana Government Home Loan Scheme to eligible customers.
• Identify prospective clients and build long-term customer relationships.
• Guide customers throughout the financing process and provide product information.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

• More than 5 years of sales experience, preferably in:
  • Home Finance
  • Real Estate Sector
  • Solar Systems Industry

Required Skills

• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of home financing and solar financing products.
