Packages Group is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager ERP – Sales to support and enhance SAP ERP sales processes. The selected candidate will collaborate with business users, configure SAP modules, prepare functional documentation, and contribute to successful ERP implementation and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP modules according to business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
• Support business users during workshops and requirement gathering.
• Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) preparation and execution.
• Prepare documentation for process handling during ERP rollouts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and integration.
• Resolve functional issues using SAP tools and best practices.
• Ensure continuous process improvement and system optimization.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• MBA / BBA / BS (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
• SAP certification in a relevant domain is preferred.

Experience

• 4–5 years of relevant SAP ERP experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP implementation or enhancement projects.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP Sales processes.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
