Bestway Cement Limited is seeking an experienced Manager Civil to lead and oversee all civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure activities at its Hattar Plant. The role requires strong leadership to ensure the successful planning, execution, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance of all civil projects while managing teams and coordinating with multiple departments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all civil construction and maintenance activities.
• Manage masonry, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general civil works.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and maintenance strategies.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain plant buildings, roads, colony infrastructure, and civil assets.
• Prepare and approve BoQs, estimates, rate analysis, and tender documents.
• Supervise contractors, verify work quality, and approve bills.
• Review engineering and IFC drawings for execution.
• Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical departments.
• Ensure high-quality execution of concrete, flooring, plastering, finishing, and structural works.
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Enforce HSE policies, work permits, PPE compliance, and workplace safety.
• Monitor inventory, construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain departmental reports and provide updates to management.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Site In-Charges, Masons, Carpenters, Plumbers, Painters, and Helpers.
• Support plant development projects and perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.
