National Foods Limited is looking for a Production Executive to oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure product quality, optimize production efficiency, and lead production teams while maintaining food safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans to meet production targets and customer demand.
• Supervise manufacturing of ketchup, culinary sauces, mayonnaise, and other emulsified products.
• Monitor batching, mixing, cooking, filling, packing, and labeling processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor critical production parameters such as temperature, pH, viscosity, Brix, and mixing time.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging before production starts.
• Reduce production losses, wastage, and product rework.
• Improve machine utilization, labor productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), shift reports, and equipment logs.
• Ensure FIFO and FEFO inventory practices are followed.
• Supervise, guide, and train production operators on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and production best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
