Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a motivated Executive, Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance activities. The selected candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining HR records, and supporting employee engagement while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, newspapers, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring panels.
- Validate and process Position Requisition Forms (PRFs).
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, vacancy trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
Onboarding & HR Administration
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and maintain related records.
- Complete onboarding documentation and personnel files.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions with Learning & Development.
- Verify new hire documents and ensure timely HRMIS data entry.
- Maintain employee personnel files and recruitment documentation.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters.
- Address employee grievances confidentially and professionally.
- Support conflict resolution through counselling and mediation.
- Investigate misconduct and policy violations.
- Prepare investigation reports and recommend disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate disciplinary committee and workplace harassment proceedings.
- Maintain accurate employee relations records and documentation.
- Conduct Indus Code of Ethics (ICOE) awareness sessions.
- Prepare reports on employee relations cases and disciplinary trends.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and recruitment procedures.
- Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
- Stay updated on labour laws and employment regulations.
- Coordinate employee degree verification and reference checks through approved vendors.
- Collaborate with HR teams to promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and respect.
- Perform additional HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
