Beaconhouse Group is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (Systems & Audit) – Knowledge Management to join its Head Office in Lahore. This role focuses on managing the organization's knowledge management platform, supporting AI-driven initiatives, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with local and international stakeholders to improve organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, upload, and maintain policies, procedures, and other content on the knowledge management platform.
• Coordinate with School Heads, regional offices, Head Office departments, Pakistani and international teams, and senior management.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of AI-powered chatbots for the knowledge management platform.
• Prepare reports and presentations highlighting findings, risks, compliance gaps, and recommendations for improvement.
• Organize and coordinate meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise compliance checks across schools to ensure adherence to examination board requirements.
• Facilitate preparations for ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) certification and third-party audits.
• Promote effective knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement across the organization.

Required Qualification

• Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience Required

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
