HBL is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Talent Management to lead the bank's talent development initiatives, trainee programs, and career management strategies. The ideal candidate will drive employer branding, strengthen university partnerships, manage trainee programs, and support the development of future leaders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Trainee Programs

• Develop and lead trainee programs based on the bank's talent development needs.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of trainee batches.
• Build partnerships with universities and educational institutions to attract top talent.
• Strengthen HBL's employer brand through campus engagement and recruitment drives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand Management team to enhance HBL's presence across social media platforms.
• Develop talent pipelines through programs including Graduate Trainee, Project Trainee, ACCA, CA, and other specialized initiatives.
• Supervise internship and attachment programs to support business requirements.

Talent Management

• Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools, and frameworks.
• Work closely with HR Relationship Managers (HRRMs) to improve the effectiveness and visibility of career development initiatives.
• Organize talent engagement sessions with senior leadership, including executive interactions, mentoring, and leadership development events.
• Support the development and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to ensure career progression goals are achieved.

Relationship Management

• Serve as the relationship manager for business units and employees participating in The League Programme and other trainee initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support talent development objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline.

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Management.
