Vital Petroleum is seeking an experienced Manager – Retail Sales & Development to lead retail sales growth, expand the dealer network, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail fuel sales, business development, and network expansion within the Oil Marketing Company (OMC), petroleum, or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve assigned fuel sales targets.

Identify potential fuel station locations and expand the retail network through dealer partnerships and site acquisitions.

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and site evaluations for new retail outlets.

Negotiate with landowners, prospective dealers, and key stakeholders for retail network expansion.

Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor outlet performance and implement strategies to improve sales and business growth.

Support retail expansion initiatives while maintaining company standards and operational excellence.
Required Experience

8–10 years of relevant professional experience.

Experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC), Petroleum, Retail Sales, Business Development, or FMCG industry is preferred.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
