Alkhidmat Islamic Microfinance is seeking a Compliance & Credit Officer to support compliance operations, credit processes, and coordination with branch teams. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal policies and credit procedures.
• Assist in loan and credit process documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with branch teams for operational support.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Communicate professionally with customers, especially through telephone interactions.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer and organizational data.
• Travel for field assignments whenever required.
• Support customer service and recovery-related activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of loan and credit processes.
• Strong verbal and telephonic communication skills.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and record management.
