The Jr. Technical Officer I Electrical is responsible for performing in-house repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic cards, PCB boards, and industrial electronic equipment. The role aims to minimize outsourcing costs, improve repair turnaround time, maintain high-quality standards, and strengthen the organization's internal technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic cards, PCB boards, and control modules.
Diagnose and repair air conditioner control cards, UPS systems, power supplies, and related electronic equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), soft starters, and power supply systems.
Repair, test, and maintain single-phase and three-phase welding machines.
Conduct component-level fault diagnosis, soldering, de-soldering, and replacement of defective electronic components.
Repair and maintain HMI units, electronic control panels, and AC/DC controllers.
Troubleshoot and service walkie-talkies and other communication devices.
Repair, calibrate, and test electronic measuring instruments, including multimeters and clamp meters.
Interpret electrical circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals for effective fault diagnosis.
Operate repair equipment such as soldering stations, hot-air rework stations, oscilloscopes, PCB/BGA rework equipment, and related tools.
