The Deputy Manager – Business Intelligence will play a key role in developing analytics solutions, improving reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven intelligence. This position also involves leading a BI team and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Business Intelligence dashboards, reports, and performance KPIs.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational data and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver meaningful analytical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support the Business Intelligence team to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve productivity and reporting efficiency.
• Create effective data visualizations that simplify complex business information.
• Provide strategic analysis and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security policies, and reporting standards.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) will be considered an added advantage.

💼 Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Practical experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong command of SQL and data analysis techniques.
