🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• A Diploma or Certification in Visual Merchandising will be considered an added advantage.

💼 Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within a retail environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ladies Ready-to-Wear (RTW) / Fashion Apparel.
• Practical knowledge of:
  • Store layouts and merchandising strategies
  • Planograms and display execution
  • Product presentation and inventory coordination
  • Customer shopping behavior and retail trends
• Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment are essential.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising plans and maintain display standards for the Ladies Ready-to-Wear department.
• Arrange merchandise according to seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, and approved planograms.
• Ensure displays remain attractive, organized, clean, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor sales floor inventory and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain proper product facing, size sequencing, and color blocking for an enhanced shopping experience.
• Ensure price tags, promotional signage, and POS materials are accurate, updated, and clearly visible.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify damaged displays, misplaced products, or outdated promotional materials.
• Support store teams in maintaining consistent visual standards across the department.
