Alkhidmat Islamic Microfinance is seeking a dedicated and organized Program Officer to support the effective implementation and monitoring of microfinance programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, reporting, and data management skills while ensuring compliance with operational and donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day microfinance program operations.
• Coordinate loan disbursement and recovery activities with branch offices.
• Prepare accurate donor reports and maintain program documentation.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and data management using MS Excel.
• Coordinate effectively with field teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and program data.
• Conduct field visits for monitoring, evaluation, and program implementation.
• Assist in achieving program objectives and ensuring operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of microfinance operations, including loan disbursement and recovery processes.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel for field monitoring and implementation activities.
• Prior experience in microfinance, banking, the development sector, or donor-funded projects will be considered an advantage.
